Zircon i65 OneStep Stud, Metal Finder & AC Sensor is a professional-grade tool that takes the guesswork out of finding the center and edges of studs and joists, copper and other non-ferrous metal pipes up to 1-1/2" deep, rebar and ferrous metal in concrete up to 3" deep, and also detects hot AC wires. It includes a DVD how-to guide and uses a 9V battery (not included). This stud finder is easy to use, with a large, easy-to-read display screen that indicates directions, edges, and the center of studs. The WireWarning detection feature indicates the presence of live AC voltage, making it a valuable tool for electrical work. The SpotLite Pointing System and audio tone signals when the stud center is reached, making it easy to pinpoint the exact location of studs and joists.
