1. When will my order ship?

   Orders placed Monday through Friday before noon are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after noon, Saturday, or Sunday will generally go out the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on order volume at that time.

   
   

2. If I cancel an order, when will I receive a refund?

     No need to worry — when you place an order, your card is authorized only, not charged. If you cancel before your order ships, the authorization hold is simply released and will clear from your account within a few business days,       depending on your bank.
